This agreement applies to the use of the happygold.store website and the purchase of any software, Expert Advisors (EAs), or related digital products provided by the Happy Gold team ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing this website or purchasing our software, you agree to the following terms.
1Product Licensing and Usage
Software Provision: Happy Gold is an algorithmic trading software designed exclusively for use on the MetaTrader 5 (MT5) platform.
License Limitations: Licenses are granted for individual use only. You may not distribute, resell, lease, decompile, or reverse-engineer the Happy Gold software under any circumstances.
Technical Requirements: The EA is engineered for specific market conditions (specifically Gold/XAUUSD scalping) and strictly requires a Raw ECN or Zero-Spread broker account for intended execution. We are not responsible for software underperformance due to the use of incompatible broker environments, standard accounts with high spreads, high-latency connections, unfavorable slippage during order execution, or failure to utilize a reliable Virtual Private Server (VPS).
2Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the Happy Gold Expert Advisor and the immediate delivery of the license key and setup files, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the software has been distributed.
3Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Company, its founders, or affiliates be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to trading losses, blown accounts, lost profits, or data loss arising from the use or inability to use the Happy Gold software.
4Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you software or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uttar Pradesh, India, with jurisdiction in Kanpur.
